"In the early morning hours of October 31, 2005," approximately "70,000 liters of water were found to be missing from a tank habitually employed to provide livestock with water." The bizarre incident took place on a ranch located 15 kilometers (9 miles) south of Parera in central Argentina's La Pampa province, just off Provincial Route 9.
According to ufologist Scott Corrales, "One of the most startling aspects of the 2002 cattle mutilation wave in Argentina was the disappearance of tremendous amounts of water from large cisterns known as 'tanques australianos' (literally, 'Australian tanks'-S.C.) in Argentina's cattle ranching communities. Entire swimming pools were drained empty in Santa Rosa, Argentina at the same time."
"Miguel Garrone, who leases the La Cabana ranch, says the tank was filled to the maximum on Saturday evening," October 29, 2005, "and was found completely empty in the early morning hours of Monday," October 31, 2005.
"No signs of breakage or filtration were found, not signs of moisture in the perimeter that could provide an answer to such a strange phenomenon."
"The livestock rancher indicated his astonishment, stressing that this is not the first time that such an event has occurred in the area."
"It is worth noting that on July 2, 2006 [sic, 2005], on a ranch belonging to Adolfo Ziegenfhus, some 4 kilometers (1.3 miles) from Quetrequen and 12 kilometers (7 miles) from Parera, another 70,000 liters of water vanished in a similar fashion - mysteriously and at night - without any trace ever being detected, not the existence of a leak or filtration that would justify the missing water ever being found." An article on about.com indicates in their "Greece for visitors" section that a Greek farmer,
Athanassios Tsioukas, reports the landing of a large silvery disk in his field outside the village
of Prini, crushing plants and leaving landing gear indentations in the earth.
About.com comments, "It's not a case of too much ouzo, either" as another farmer confirmed
the sighting, and children in the next village said they saw flashing lights headed
toward Athanassios Tsioukas' field.
No date or time or other information is provided.
An AFP newsbrief for October 21 tells that "a man threw himself out of the third floor"
of his residence in Villeneuve-d'Ascq" "to escape from the aliens" according to the police.
It seems that the unbalanced man broke two legs, and earlier the same day, the police officers
had been called when he threw his TV set trough the window, according to him "to defend
himself against the extraterrestrials."
The newsbrief appears in "Le Monde", on AOL info, on Nordnet on UFO review in the US.
On Sunday, October 23, 2005, at 8:45 p.m., eyewitness Sharon F. was "looking at Clee Hill from
Ludlow," Shropshire, UK when she and her companions "saw a long line of colour-changing lights
above Clee Hill. As the frame of reference, Clee Hill is about 600 meters (1,980 feet), and the
objects appeared to be about 200 feet above" the summit.
"We watched it for ten minutes. Then we decided to drive two minutes away to get binoculars for a better
view. On returning, the objects had disappeared. Nothing was vicible in the sky, as there was complete low cloud cover."
Sharon described the lights as "a long line of lights visible below the cloud level, changing colour,
these appeared to be red, blue, green and orange."
"I was very interested to hear that somebody nearby
had had a sighting within two days of this," Sharon added, noting that the Shropshire Star had reported a UFO
in the vicinity of the motorway A5 on October 22, 2005.

Aviation expert Alfonso Salazar Mendoza, researcher and co-author of the book
"Los Ovnis y la Aviacion Mexicana" has informed that during the first days of
October 2005, the crew of a Boeing 737-200 (registration XA-MAA) witnessed
the maneuvers of a plate-shaped unidentified flying object, described by
the flight engineer as being highly luminous and similar to platinum.
The event occurred at 12:30 p.m. in the air corridor of the
Mexican state of Oaxaca, at an altitude of 20,000 feet and under
conditions of perfect visibility.
Witnesses describe the mysterious object as having emerged from
a cloud and entering another, becoming visible during that
period of time. They estimate that it was at a distance of 10
nautical miles from their aircraft.
The crew found the sighting truly remarkable, as in an earlier
instance, another airliner belonging to the same company
(Magnicharter) had reported a strange sphere that remained
static over the World Trade Center air corridor in Mexico City.
In the opinion of researcher Alfonso Salazar, a large percentage
of aviation professionals is convinced that unidentified flying
objects indeed exist and in his next book, Los Ovnis y la
Aviacion Mexicana II, (co-authored with Carlos Guzman) he will
reveal new cases of UFO and aircraft encounters.

According to ufologist George Filer, during the last few weeks, there have
been reports of UFO who landed and stayed "on ground for four hours Truk Island.
Shipping noticed craft landing near the shore. Most heavy sightings
continue along ring of fire."
Five unidentified flying objects (UFOs) were seen
last Wednesday night," October 12, 2005, "over eastern
Oruro" in Bolivia, "causing curiosity and amazement in
thousands of witnesses who managed to see the unknown
images, which were captured by Canal (Channel) 39 of the
Corporacion Orurena de Comunicacion," a Bolivian TV network.
"The flying objects appeared in the sky at 10:30
p.m. They consisted of two strange objects located in
the eastern region that drew people's attention due to
their red, green and blue lights. They also appeared and
vanished in the firmament."
Witnesses also reported that the multiple lights
blinked in sequence.
""The most notorious one was a silvery, circular UFO
that presented two circumferences-a smaller one located
inside the object and another outside the circumference,
spinning at an impressive speed."
"Canal 39 managed to record the UFOs' presence as
citizens phoned the television station to describe what
they could see from their respective areas."
"Abel Flores Mujica, one of the witnesses,
manifested his surprise at having seen the unidentified
object in space."
"'I refer to it as an artifact, since I couldn't
believe what I was seeing. My daughter went outside, and
I told her, 'That's a UFO. She replied that it wasn't a
UFO, that it was the planet Mars that was delayed in
covering (moving through-J.T.) space. But that object
had lights, and it wasn't a star. Last night's event
startled me, and then my daughter said, 'Look, it's not
the only one, there are others there,' and it was
evident,' he said."
"Canal 39 journalist and TV show host Pedro Rubin de
Celis said that Wednesday night's sighting confirms the
theory that we are not alone in the universe."
"'This has been a marvelous presence of UFOs in the
firmament, and many people stepped out onto their
balconies to observe this spectacle. The camera zoom has
shown us, beyond the vehicle's flashes, a circle making
concentric movements within other circles around the
vessel and with a black dot at the center. The objects
also had their own movement,' he explained."

On Thursday, October 6, 2005, at 7:30 p.m., Kathleen
Amity was outdoors at her home in Martinsville, Indiana,
looking north, when she spotted "what first appeared as
two fireballs behind a hill and the tree line. Then the
two split into four smaller balls of fire. Seconds
later, four more appeared directly to the west."
"They all hovered above the tree line for about two
minutes. Then they slowly sank behind the hill. They
were extremely bright orange and let off an orange glow
in the sky around them. It was 7:30 p.m. and had just
gotten dark." (Email Form Report)
