Captain Robert Bicks, a pilot for the airline Transworld Air Lines, said today that he saw a flying saucer for more than eight minutes Thursday night. According to his account, he was approaching Chicago when he saw the disc flying parallel to his plane. It was round and glowing like red-hot steel, he said. The mysterious object then picked up speed and disappeared over the horizon. The pilot's account was confirmed by co-pilot Robert Manning.
