New Mexico, 20. -- Several officials have reported seeing several flying saucers hovering at about 6,500 feet. This fact presents the American authorities with a difficult problem to solve. The Army has maintained that such craft exist only in the imagination of those who believe they see them and has refused to send fighter planes in pursuit of them. However, the security of the United States seems hardly compatible with the presence, even supposed, of unidentified craft over a region of considerable military interest.
