ALSACAT-2006-11-29-FURDENHEIM-1
An anonymous witness reported the same day to the website of the Alsatian ufology association SPICA his observation of Wednesday, November 29, 2006, around 7:20 p.m., in the Lower Rhine near Furdenheim.
He was driving on the N4 towards Strasbourg and was about one kilometer before reaching Furdenheim on the left side in the direction of about 11 hours.
There he saw for about 40 seconds two very bright white dots moving relatively slowly, without blinking, without any other light.
The space remained constant between them, their altitude was difficult to estimate.
What had greatly surprised him was the sudden disappearance of these two points; however he recognizes that the sky was a bit cloudy. But it nevertheless seemed to him that at some time he should have seen the two points reapper, especially as their brightness was important.
He is aware that this was not very far from the Entzheim airport, so this could have been a plane, but he highly doubts it because as he headed to Osthoffen, he stopped two minutes after the observation) on a small hill overlooking the whole sector and saw absolutely not plane taking off or in landing approach.
He asked whether anyone else saw seen the same thing.

Of course, not being very far from the Entzheim airport, I thought of a plane... but I have a big doubt because as I headed to Osthoffen I found myself at a time (2 min after observation) on a small hill overlooking the entire sector and, having stopped, I saw absolutely not aircraft in the landing phase (nor takeoff).
Question: did someone else see the same thing?

Having it still "hot" in mind, I would like to share the observation that I made today 11/29/06 at about 7:20 p.m. and that concerns me...

The unfortunate thing is that although it was wise to note that the altitude was difficult to estimate, it would have been wise to give an elevation angle.
Without this, one can simply think that the dots were low and were then hidden from his sight by a remote barrier, invisible in the night. And thus we would think of a helicopter or plane near the strips of the Entzheim airport.
To increase the doubt, there is no viewing direction; but since he thinks of the airport as a potential source of the phenomenon, we can guess that the phenomenon was in a direction consistent with a take-off or landing at the airport. The absence of the phenomenon two minutes later could be due to a completed landing when the aircraft turned off its headlights.

Low strangeness, probable plane.
