ALSACAT-2006-11-24-ILLKIRCHGRAFFENSTADEN-1
There was, reportedly, on the website of the Alsatian ufology association SPICA, in the UFO sightings section, a report saying that on November 26, 2006, Mr. "M", going early in the morning to work, saw appearing in the sky a big bright spot, white, with a halo, followed by a slight trail.
The light disappeared and then reappeared but slightly lower than where he expected it to reappear. Its color had turned green and then changeed to a darker green, then it disappeared.
The total duration of the observation was about 4 seconds.
It is possible that there was a hissing noise, but not certain, becauser "M" was wearing a helmet. He did not hear any other noise.
