Ufologist and author Jean Sider indicated in the years 1994 and 1997 that the newspaper La Résistance de l'Ouest for November 5, 1954, reported observations of November 4, 1954, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:15 a.m., in the region of Nantes in the Loire-Atlantique department.
One of them would be that the "craft" seen at La Douce Pierre had been seen at the same time, ie 07:00 a.m., from Machecoul by the two clerks of Mr. Jutard, market gardener, moving from south to north, apparently from Challans to Sainte-Pazanne.

The magazine indicates that on November 4, 1954, there were sightings from 7:00 to 7:15 in the Nantes region in Loire Atlantique, which look "curiously" like the case of Le Sourn in the Morbihan.
The craft seen at La Douce Pierre was seen at the same time from Machecoul by market gardener Mr. Jutard's two employees, moving from south to north, apparently from Challans to Sainte-Pazanne.

French ufologist Jean Sider found about the case in the newspaper La Résistance de l'Ouest of November 5, 1954, and he indicates that at 7 o'clock on November 4 at Machecoul, the two workers of Mr. Jutard, a market-gardener, saw a phenomenon which would be identical to that seen at the same time in La Douce-Pierre, that is to say a fast oval luminous phenomenon in the sky, with a trail.
The phenomenon was going from the south to the north, that is from Challans to Sainte Pazanne.

Luc Chastan indicates that in the Loire Atlantique in Machecoul on November 4, 1954 at 07:00 hours, two witnesses observe a luminous object, oval and going fast in the sky leaving a trail. Several other witnesses also saw this object whereas they were in Les Redoux towards the station.
