For two days, all RAF radars have been searching for a mysterious flying object

London (AFP). -- All British radar screens have been searching for a mysterious flying object for two days that has so far not been identified.

By order of the Air Ministry security services, the various stations are forbidden from disclosing their observations. The "object" was first seen Friday, on two screens at West Freugh air base in the Luce Bay solidarity base in Scotland. The station had been warned of a plane flight that was later canceled.

Nevertheless, the observers of the screens located in two different buildings saw an alert signal appear and followed for a few moments the movements of a flying machine.

"It was not possible to detect any characteristics of the "craft" declared the commander of the base.

"All we can say with certainty is that it exists."
