Besancon, October 26. -- Mr. Francesco Beuc, aged 48, farm laborer in Orchamps-Vennes (Doubs), declared that on this last 12 October, he had seen a flying saucer but that, in fear of not being believed, he had, until now, remained silent.
Fifteen days ago, around 9 p.m., Mr. Beuc regained the farm where he works when he saw suddenly, motionless on the edge of the road, an apparatus affecting the particular shape of one 4 CV car supported by 4 wheels of approximately 40 centimeters in diameter.
The farmer approached within one meter of the machine and noticed in the vicinity, a being of 1 m 50 height, dressed of a leather coat and wearing a cap. Mr. Beuc having called at the mysterious pilot, the latter quickly went up in the apparatus which, after having rolled during about thirty meters on the road, took off like a plane and quickly gained height.
