LILLE. -- Yesterday morning, around 4 a.m., the meteorological station at the Lille-Lesquin airfield was alerted by the control tower at Le Bourget that a "flying saucer" had just been seen in the Parisian sky, heading toward Lille and leaving behind a double luminous trail.
At the Lesquin airfield, on-duty personnel immediately went outside and indeed observed two luminous trails in the sky beyond Lille, heading toward Belgium.
