OLORON. -- There was a hair!... In fact, there were several around those flying saucers that the residents of Oloron claim to have seen in the sky over their region. These saucers were reportedly guided by a "flying cigar" and released a large quantity of threads resembling "gossamer" as they passed. The headmaster of the local school collected several of them and had them burned. They apparently flared up like cellulose. Other people who had pocketed the mysterious threads noticed a few moments later that they had literally disintegrated.
