CASABLANCA. -- A "trustworthy" witness, who gave his word while requesting to remain anonymous, stated that he saw a flying saucer yesterday morning at 9:50 a.m. over Lyautey Park, in the heart of Casablanca. "The saucer," he said, "was moving roughly from north to south over the city, without leaving a trail and without making the slightest sound. Its speed, although faster than that of a propeller plane, seemed to me to be lower than that of a jet plane. The phenomenon lasted for over a minute, and I had time to call my mother, who confirmed seeing the same thing. The saucer, perfectly circular in shape, appeared very flat and moved in a strictly horizontal plane."
