Vienna, 1st (A.C.P.). -- Hundreds of people in Styria and Carinthia swore on Friday that they had seen a flying saucer above their heads. But the astronomers at the University of Graz dampened this belief, saying that it was a meteor.
The object in question appeared in the form of an enormous ball of fire with a sparkling green flame.
The whole thing moved rapidly from south to north.
