Epinal, 11. -- A curious celestial phenomenon was observed last night by several inhabitants of St. Loup (Hte Saône).
Three people who were in different places saw a green disk in the sky moving from east to southwest. At the same time, the witnesses heard a noise reminiscent of the roaring of the wind, without feeling the slightest breath of air.
