Oran, May 27. -- Fishermen from Mostaganem noticed, yesterday evening, coming from the sea, at great speed, a luminous spot similar to a meteor. The phenomenon did not take long to arrive at the port. The speed of the craft then slowed down. Its shape recalled that of a giant ray: a flat body of circular shape, a long and thin tail.
The craft moved around for a few moments, at low altitude and at reduced speed, swinging softly and silently in the sky. Then, while the crowd contemplated its evolutions, the shape suddenly gained speed and disappeared towards the northeast, above the sea.
