Paris, January 1st. -- "France-Soir" published yesterday, on its front page, a photo of a luminous disc that was said to have moved through the sky the other night above the capital, between the Eiffel Tower and the Exhibition Hall.
When consulted, the Paris Observatory stated that although many people have observed such phenomena over the years, the Observatory itself has never seen any.
