WE MENTIONED in previous editions, the testimony of several people. in Charente, Dordogne and Gironde in particular, who saw an unusual sight on Friday night, that of a bright object flying across the sky.
In Castillonn s (Lot-et-Garonne), Andr Burguet, retired gendarmerie officer, aged 75, himself clearly saw this phenomenon. "I came home from the village,* he explained, *when my attention was was attracted by a very bright flash. It was 6:21 p.m. on my watch. Looking up, I saw above my head like a ball of fire that extended a sort of multicolored star burst over a length of about thirty meters."
Mr. Burguet took the time to observe with due attention. According to him, this flying object came from the northern direction and headed while diving towards the Pyrenees.
"It was impressive and pretty at the same time. This event produced a light noise comparable to the sizzling of electric wires that are touching each other..."
With no explanation to offer, Mr. Burguet nevertheless specified that his observation is purely objective: "I am not one of those fancy people that say anything, so you can take my word."
INFORMATION about the UFO continue to bring numerous testimonies. In the Gers, our correspondent in Castera-Verduzan also saw a bright green object followed by a trail, while in Bordeaux, one of our readers reportedly saw it on Friday above the Light City around 06:30 p.m..
