Mr. Bigorne, regional delegate of the international research Group on U.F.U. (unidentified flying objects), lets us know that two extremely interesting observations were made close to Maubeuge on September the 3rd and the 4th.
In the first case, two witnesses saw a luminous cylinder of red color moving less than 2 meters from the ground. In the second case, four other people stated to have seen a whitish ellispe evolving during 10 minutes.
Scientific personalities made very precise physical statements in a field which had escaped up to now to measurements and which could bring completely new revelations. According to Mr. Bigorne, it seems that wehave there one of the most interesting observations since that of Quarouble there nearly 10 years ago [ 19 years ago ].
Let's recall that other testimonys had already been brought in the area of Maubeuge in 1952 in Hautmont, 1954 in Beaufort, and 1972 in Louvroil-sous-le-Bois.
