IN DOMENE (ISERE) A BLONDE GIANT, COMING OUT OF A UFO, TERRORIZES CHILDREN

GRENOBLE. -- Testimonies that kept coming to our editorial staff lead us to think that the region of Grenoble and more particularly the slopes of the Belledonne range are the object of visits which are perhaps indeed the work of U.F.Os.

A political sciences student, Mr. Hubert Martin, told us that he observed yesterday morning around 9 a.m., near the village of Venon, a large, very bright light which was stationary on the ground and which was about the size of his house.

But there is much more spectacular.

We indeed met four people who saw a UFO landed on the ground in Domène, and even better a mysterious being who had descended from it. The main witness to this astonishing apparition is a ten-year-old boy, Jean-Claude Silvente. Monday evening, around 6 p.m., he was playing with several of his comrades at a place called "La Morte", at the entrance to Domène.

"Suddenly, he said, I heard a whistling sound. I turned around and behind me, in the brushwood, I saw lying on the ground about five feet away, a craft all illuminated with several colors which had a cone shape. A door opened and a man came out. He was very tall and with long hair. He ran towards me, stretching his arms out."

Jean-Claude fled. He went home.

"My son was terrified, told us Mrs. Silvente, I had never seen him like that."

But things didn't have to stop there. The next day, that is to say Tuesday evening, still around 6 p.m., the young Jean-Claude went to get milk from a farm near his home.

"Coming back, he says, at the side of the road, under a tree, I saw the same man as the day before. He was wearing a shiny jumpsuit. And once again, he stretched out his arms wanting to run after me. On one hand he had a big green ring."

Once again, Mrs. Silvente saw, that evening, her son come home very strssed. He had spilled out his milk and he seemed as terrified as the day before.

"I wanted to get to the bottom of it," says Mrs. Silvente.

"With my daughter Eliane, aged 17, and a friend of hers, Marcel Solvini, aged 10, we took flashlights and ran to the place indicated by Jean-Claude. No sooner had we arrived at this place than we saw a big red headlight coming down from the sky which advanced in our direction. I had never seen such a thing. We did not ask for more and I immediately rushed to the gendarmerie which happens to be very close to my house."

The gendarmes returned with the witnesses to the place of the apparition, but they saw nothing. All this was the subject, at the Domène gendarmerie, of statements in good and due form which were supplemented by the testimonies of two other children, the young Annalise and Hinajer who live in Bellevues.

We cannot help linking this astonishing Domène affair with the observation that was made on Monday morning in the same sector.
