Château-Chinon, August 25. -- Mr. Jules Roussot, a farmer in Saint-Hilaire-en-Morvan (Nièvre), stated that he saw in the sky a kind of incandescent globe that moved silently in the direction of Château-Chinon.
According to Mr. Roussot, the globe was preceded, not followed, by a blinding glow, was reddish-brown in color, and had two fins and 20 to 30 tubes.
