Flying saucers again and again!

Perpignan. -- A truck driver, who was collecting milk yesterday morning near Cabestany (Pyrénées-Orientales), reported seeing in front of his vehicle "a shining globe" of bluish color, "which was moving at an altitude of about 150 meters while producing a very soft humming sound."

Having stopped his truck, the driver was able to observe the maneuvers of the craft for nearly a quarter of an hour before it suddenly rose into the sky and disappeared in the direction of the sea.

* * *

La Rochelle. -- A flying saucer was reportedly seen in Augé (Deux-Sèvres).

Additionally, Mr. Picaud, director of a brewery in Sainte-Pozenne, said he saw for a few minutes, while traveling on the road to Fontenay-le-Comte, a curious, brilliantly yellow disk.

* * *

Brest. -- Residents of Landeda and Aberwrac'h (Finistère) saw last night, at high altitude, a circular-shaped object resembling a "flying saucer."

* * *

Melun. -- Several residents of the town of Rebais reported seeing a strange, very bright object moving in the sky at dusk, above Rebais (Seine-et-Marne).

Witnesses said the object, which was moving very slowly, then headed toward Coulommiers, after increasing its speed, and disappeared.

The day before yesterday morning, some C.R.S. officers also saw a luminous disc in the sky above Vaudoy.

Montpellier. -- Mrs. Picot de la Baume, a resident of Montpellier, reported seeing at an altitude of about 1,500 meters, a cigar-shaped craft, shiny and apparently surrounded by a halo. The object, which she was able to observe for about one minute, suddenly disappeared heading east, without making a sound and leaving no trace.

IN NORTH AFRICA

Casablanca. -- Reliable witnesses reported seeing last night in the sky over Kourigra, a town located about 130 kilometers from Casablanca, a circular, red-colored object, moving at high altitude and great speed, which appeared to be emitting blue-green flames.

* * *

Safi. -- A cigar-shaped object was seen last night, around 8:30 p.m., in the sky over Safi by several people. The "cigar" was moving at high speed from east to northwest. It was surrounded by a bluish light and left a luminous trail behind. Witnesses stated that this object had nothing in common with a jet aircraft.

Two Young People from Dole Saw "Saucers" Twice

Dole (C.P.). -- The two young men from Dole, Jacky Chapoutot and André Lacour, who "saw a flying saucer" last week in Dole, observed the same phenomenon again on Wednesday, around 8:30 p.m., while they were at two different locations in the city.

"I didn't believe in flying saucers," Jacky Chapoutot told us, "but this time, I am certain of what I saw. Besides, I'm particularly interested in aviation, and what was flying over Dole was moving at a speed that has certainly not yet been achieved by any aircraft we know of. I should also add, to be thorough, that last week, just like this time, I heard, as the saucer appeared, the sound of an aircraft engine that seemed to be flying without any navigation lights."

In the Nièvre: An Orange Disc

Nevers (C.P.). -- A farm worker, Raymond Delovre, 20 years old, saw between Saint-Pierre-le-Moutiers and Langeron a kind of disc moving toward the northeast. This celestial body emitted a bright orange light while a red light shot out from the back. The sighting stayed on a horizontal path and was observed for a few seconds.
