Another alleged UFO video from St. Petersburg, Russia:

Mentioned by British tabloids, by UFO websites, and with skepticism by Paris-Match magazine, a video purports to show a triangular UFO that was filmed in St. Petersburg.

The 2.39-minute video, published on Youtube on March 28, 2016, shows five orange lights indistinct appearing to be linked together and moving slightly and almost horizontally. Some go astray ensuring that these are flares under parachutes.

It should now ne known that Russian pranksters found a trick to make Chinese lanterns look more like a single craft, triangular for example: they simply connect the lanterns with a light and rigid cable such as iron wire for example, so that the lanterns remain together to make people think that it cannot be lanterns and must be a single craft.

This video has no date, no place, no circumstancial report, it is the latest among several earlier similar videos from that city, with the same explanation.

Again an orange ball, between Arthon-en-Retz and Pornic, France:

On March 21, 2016, GREPI, a Swiss ufology group, published (grepi.blogspot.fr) a story of a "strange glowing ball in the sky of Loire-Atlantique" received from Virginie, from the Loire-Atlantique, France.

She said that on March 19, 2016, around 11 p.m., she saw a bright orange ball in the sky between Arthon-en-Retz and Pornic, quickly going over her house. She was lying and saw it by the fanlight.

She came down right away barefoot to go observe it, forgetting to take her smartphone. It was a "bright orange ball, the apparent size of a basketball", and it was at a height difficult to determine and moving in a straight line, without making any noise.

Besides her dogs that had become very agitated, she did not notice anything else. No smoke, no particular smell. The ball was lit from below by small lights. She went back inside take a camera, but once outside again there was nothing to see anymore.

She wonders if it was a "drone" but doubts this, because of the bright orange color and the absence of noise.

Personally, I wonder why this would not be a Chinese lantern.

Talks of a UFO landing with a trace in the Maurienne, Savoy, France:

Daniel Robin and André Aguilera "OVNI Investigation" published on April 2, 2016, via the UFO-Direct website (Nagib Kary) the first elements of the investigation of a Close Encounter of the Second Kind (CE2). I provide a summary:

On Friday, March 18, 2016, at 8 p.m. in a village in the Maurienne Valley (Savoy, France) "Patrice", 63, retired in a villa built in the center of a vast land bordering the village at the foot of the high mountains of the Alps had let his dog, and it started barking.

Patrice came out on his balcony to check the cause of the barking, and he saw in the corner of his garden an object in the shape of a cover (hemispherical), gray, metallic, like matt stainless steel, with a height of about 60 centimeters, and about two meters wide.

It had no light and no openings, and left after a few seconds at high speed in oblique, without any noise, towards the east. The little dog was trembling in every limb and vomited.

Soon after, it was found that the watch of his wife had suddenly stopped, and his mobile phone failed without reason, the battery was completely drained whereas it had been loaded. The same evening, he took a picture of where the object landed, amd he took other pictures the next day.

Investigators found a circular trace in the grass, a circle where the grass was green again whereas the grass inside and outside of this circle was yellowed.

Patrice contacted the police on the advice of friends, but the police would not have recorded his statement, telling him to "call again if this were to happen again." The investigators say they are in touch with specialized agencies to undertake analysis of the trace.

On April 5, 2016, investigators published a "clarification" saying that for now it is difficult to them ro give an opinion and to give all the information, "we discovered 'anomalies' in this case. Information that had not been provided by Patrice during our preliminary investigation on site on March 30, 2016."

Claim of alien encounter in Farmington, New Mexico, USA, March 14, 2016:

"UFO World News", a website publishing mainly anonymous stories they receive, claims on March 15, 2016, there was an alien encounter in Farmington, New Mexico, USA, on March 14th 2016, subtitled "Alien apparition in my bed room."

"1. I was seating on my bed watching Netflix. When I turned my head to the right and saw a window like screen appear and saw a pale white Grey. When he saw me the screen vanished.
2. I was stretching my neck and looking right.
3. I was confused about what I had saw knowing that it’s impossible for a window to just appear in a bedroom.
4. I think the entity was observing me until I noticed him.
5. I was confused about what I saw, and had a hard time going to sleep.
6. It disappeared in a flash."

This was probably not an alien encounter at all, but a hypnagocic hallucination.

Silly claims about "Planet X" again:

"Before it's News" is a sensation website claimin to be "the last frontier of the Free Press". Under an advert for meeting "Russian girls" and above articles such as "Do you have a durty mind?", they claim on March 13, 2016, that "Images captured immediately before and during the umbra phase of the total solar eclipse on March 9, 2016 reveals a series ofl planetary objects to the upper right of photos. The images were captured while on an Alaska Airlines flight 870 from Anchorage to Honolulu. The images suggest the presence of a planetary body and moon complex (Nibiru-Planet X) in proximity to the sun."

And: "The first image was captured 2 minutes prior to totality and the remaining images were captured during the totality phase. Skytv revealed an amazing capture of a second sun in retrograde orbit around our Sun. The credible TV image was captured on March 1, 2016 and shows a massive planetary entity behind the clouds, therefore disproving the lens flare theory, and suggesting a genuine celestial presence."

See: http://beforeitsnews.com/blogging-citizen-journalism/2016/03/solar-eclipse-reveals-massive-planetary-body-heading-towards-earth-2532079.html

This "information" was reproduced by some UFO / conpiracy websites. The so-called photos of "Nibiru-Planet X" actually show what looks like camera lens reflections.

The end of the world predicted again, this time for March 8, 2016:

First scheduled for March 5, revised for March 8, 2016, a small asteroid, TX 68, about 30 meters long, will pass at 25,000 kilometers - closest forecast - from the earth, according to NASA observations and calculations.

This was of course enought to get all kinds of prophets of the end of the world to publish articles and videos on the web explaining that it will be the end of the world, the Apocalypse.

Some claim that it is not an asteroid, but the so-called planet Nibiru or the so-called Planet X.

There have already been hundreds of ends of the world predicted; some by alleged "contactees".

Saucer-like object on truck on Arizona State Route 77 near Holbrook, USA:

The news website WDAM7 tells that on Friday morning - this March 4, 2016 - people got quite a surprise when they saw a saucer-shaped object on a truck on on Arizona State Route 77 near Holbrook, USA. One Charlene Yazzie said:

"I was driving north and the truck was headed south to the freeway. It was escorted by three DPS vehicles."

She took this picture of the large saucer-shaped object, draped in tarps, on the bed of a flatbed semi-hauler, and posted it on Facebook. Speculation began, and UFO websites reported it too.

For now, the object was not identified, so WDAM7 asks what the readers think.

I think this happened before. People seeing a large flat round object on a truck wonder if it is a flying saucer. But many such objects are transported on trucks and are not flying saucers. They are corn silos covers, nuclear reactor covers, domes for all kinds of round storage.

About the "strange sounds from space" recorded by Apollo 10.

NASA is said to have declassified the record of "wird music" heard and recorded by the Apollo 10 crew in May 1969 as the were orbiting the dark side of the moon, a time of the mission when radio contact with eaeth was not possible.

It is the US TV channel "Discovery", in their "Unexplained NASA file" series, that claims this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjLZBrQ-Oq4

The news was widely spread over the Internet, some saying it was "music from space", other saying it was a "yelling alien". CNN gave some explanations:

http://edition.cnn.com/2016/02/21/world/far-side-moon-music

Astronaut Eugene Cernan himself, witness of this event, rejects the interpretation made in the TV documentary:

"I don't remember that incident exciting me enough to take it seriously. It was probably just radio interference. Had we thought it was something other than that we would have briefed everyone after the flight. We never gave it another thought."

A NASA technician on the Discovery TV show supports Cernan's assessment that the "radios in the two spacecraft [the lunar module and the command module] were interfering with each other."

Michael Collins, the pilot of Apollo 11 and the first person to fly around the far side of the moon by himself (while teammates Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong were exploring the Lunar surface), also recalled hearing strange sounds, but did not think too much of it.

"There is a strange noise in my headset now, an eerie woo-woo sound," he wrote in his book "Carrying the Fire: An Astronaut's Journeys."

"Had I not been warned about it, it would have scared the hell out of me (...) fortunately the radio technicians (rather than the UFO fans) had a ready explanation for it: it was interference between the LM's and Command Module's VHF radios."

A UFO spreads its wings in Maubeuge, France:

On his "Paranormal" and "UFO" blog , Christian Macé reports that a Mrs. Djilali Azzedine photographed a UFO on March 1, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in Maubeuge, sending pictures to him by email.

No story is provided, we learn that the lady was on the 5th floor of her building and took photos with her cellphone through the kitchen window.

The last image is commented as UFO that took a triangular shape, it shows a bird-shape rather than a triangular shape. The first shows a more spherical shape, and the witness is said to have used the words "the UFO spreads its wings".

The images are not the original ones, but very indistinct pictures of the phone screen display showing the supposed UFO.

Would the resemblance to a bird spreading its wings would not be a clue to a rather obvious explanation?

Note: the same lady had already published on Youtube on January 25, 2016, a video said to show "the head of an alien":
