Apparently, Dr. Walter Buhler of the Brazilian ufology group SBEDV investigated on claims by Jose Antonio Fioco, the manager of the Bela Alianca ranch near Pirassununga, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Apparently, on February 20, 1969, at night, he heard his pigs grunt in the pig stall, stood up, went outside to check what was going on and saw a 4 meters wide and 5 meters high discoid UFO rest on a tripod landing gear about 20 meters away from him in a field near the ranch.
Three occupants came out or were out onto a small catwalk around the machine, dressed of a suit of shining metallic appearance and fitted with short boots, each carrying a different kind of tool. In some accounts, they seemed busy repairing the UFO with these tools, in other accounts, one had a 35 cm tube and lighted the hen house with it, emitting a pink light as far as 250 meters away. The second looked into a "photographic box". The third had a tube longer than that of the first; which he used to examine the ground.
It is said that When Fioco made a half-turn to alert other people, the beings then noticed his presence, and the UFO took off, the totality of the incident having lasted three minutes.
One source says that Fioco witnessed several UFOs and revealed that on several occasions he had interferences on the images of his television set, the normal Canal 4 channel of Sao Paulo broadcasts being sometimes replaced by images that showed women in weird clothes going down to the feet and with a kind of collar around the neck, and also helmeted men, all these characters being of small size. His family is said to have witnessed these interferences too, of which it is said that the images were blurred, seldom clear.
These characters on the television spoke an unknown language of short syllables; which resembled "the idiom of Hungarian having remained for some time in the countryside", in a badly pronounced low voice.
Fioco also reported interferences on the radio, the broadcast being replaced by "an unintelligible voice" in particular during certain NASA space flights.

[Ref. wb1:] WALTER WEB AND TED BLOECHER:
In their catalog, citing Dr. Walter Buhler as the source, these ufologists indicate that on February 20, 1969, at night, in Pirassununga, Sao Paulo, Brazil, the manager of the Bela Alianca ranch heard his pigs grunt. He thus went outside to check what was going on and saw a UFO land about 20 meters away from him.
The object is said to have been 4 meters wide and 5 meters high and to have rested on a tripod landing gear.
Three occupants came out onto a small catwalk around the machine, each carrying a different kind of tool with which they seem to start some repair at their apparatus; which lasted two to three minutes.
[Ref. pd1:] PIERRE DELVAL:
Pierre Delval indicates that José Antonio Fioco, administrator of a large ranch close to the town of Pirassununga, Brazil, was the witness of several successive landings of UFOs near his farm in the night of February 20, 1969. Delval does not provide details about that.
Pierre Delval however notes that for this case, there was an investigation by the Brazilian ufology group SBEDV, whom Fioco revealed that on several occasions he had interferences on the images of his television set, the normal Canal 4 channel of Sao Paulo broadcasts being sometimes replaced by images that showed women in weird clothes going down to the feet and with a kind of collar around the neck, and also helmeted men, all these characters being of small size. His family is said to have witnessed these interferences too, of which it is said that the images were blurred, seldom clear.
These characters on the television spoke an unknown language of short syllables which resembled "the idiom of Hungarian having remained for some time in the countryside", in a badly pronounced low voice.
Fioco also reported interferences on the radio, the broadcast being replaced by "an unintelligible voice" in particular during certain NASA space flights. Delval then reports as if it were factual the fable that astronaut Gordon Cooper saw UFOs in space and seems to allot the interferences mentioned by Fioco to an UFO which would have also scrambled the communications between Gordon Copper and ground control.
[Ref. go1:] GODELIEVE VAN OVERMEIRE:
In addition to the account by Pierre Delval, Godelieve van Overmeire reports that according to another source, CICOANI [a Brazilian ufology group], in the night of February 20, 1969, the witness was awaked by the noise coming from his pigstall, stood up and went outside to check. There was a discoid object posed on a tripod in the fields within 20 meters of him.
There was a catwalk around the machine on which three small sized being stood. One held a tube of approximately 35 cm length and lighted the hen house with this instrument which emitted a pink light as far as 250 meters away. They were dressed of a suit of shining metallic appearance and fitted with short boots.
The second looked into a "photographic box", and the third had a tube longer than that of the first; which he used to examine the ground.
When Fioco made a half-turn to alert other people, the beings then noticed his presence, and the UFO took off, the totality of the incident having lasted three minutes.
[Ref. ar1:] ALBERTO ROSALES:
Alberto Rosales indicates that on February 20, 1969 at night, according to Dr. Walter Buhler, in Pirassununga, Sao Paolo, Brazil, the manager of the "Bela Alianca" ranch jrasd his pigs grunt. He went outside and saw from a distance of 60 feet, the landing of a UFO about 12 feet wide and 15 feet high that rested on tripod legs. He saw three crew members emerge onto a small catwalk around the craft. Each had a different type of implement with which they were busy for a period of 2-3 minutes.
With the current lack of available original sources or ufological investigation reports, the case as it stands does not shine of credibility. On the contrary, the reported interferences on both the radio and the TV as claimed by the witness and the apparently repeated alleged UFO landings suggest some quite fantasy-prone personality.
