Among other UFO sighting reports, the newspapers reported that in La Plata, in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, July 9, 1968, at 02:30 a.m., two girls, 15 and 10 years old, Estela and Silvia Boquin, were awaked by an intense buzzing sound.
They stood up and saw at little distance a man or a being from another world, 2 meters tall, with the long russet-red hair, blue eyes, pointed ears, very long arms and legs, who wore a kind of luminous suit of only one part and a kind of green transparent visor which emitted rays of purple, orange, red and blue colors.
The man repeated a word to them, like a message, but they did not understand it.
Traces of four large fingers were found on the casing of the door close to where the girls had seen this entity appearing.

In the province of Neuquen, in the south-west of Buenos Aires, members of the national Police in charge of the monitoring of the border stated that a patrol had observed on July 16 a mysterious flying object evolving at high altitude and emitting a very clear light. According to members of the patrol, the object had seemed to land in the vicinity, but in a place hidden by the irregularities of the terrain. In addition, two girls aged 15 and 10, who live close to La Plata, told that they had seen, on July 9, a being of another world who had tried to engage in a chat with them, as if he wanted to pass on a message to them. According to these girls, the visitor measured approximately 7 feet tall, it had long russet-red hair and blue eyes, was dressed of a combination and carried a kind of transparent visor of green color which emitted violet, orange, red and blue rays. At 02:30 a.m., two girls of 15 and 10 years old, Estela and Silvia Boquin, were awaked by an loud buzzing sound.
They stood up and saw at a short distance a 2 meters tall man, with long russet-red hair, pointed ears and very long arms and legs.
He wore a kind of luminous combination of only one piece and a rotating helmet which emitted lights of various colors.
This man tried to speak to them by repeating an incomprehensible word.
Traces of four large fingers were found on the casing of the door close to where the girls had seen this entity appearing.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina, on July 9 1968, at 11:30 p.m., two girls, 10 and 15, the daughters of a jockey, said they encountered "a man from another world" who tried to engage them in conversation.
About 6 feet tall, he had long red hair and blue eyes and wore a one-piece coverall with a sort of green visor that emitted multi colored flashes of light.
The marks of 4 large fingers were found on the door of the house beside which he appeared.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is FSR Vol. 16 #1.
The nature apparently purely journalistic of the case, which seems not to have been investigated, does not make it possible to discard a hoax by the girls, or a hoax played on the girls, or a journalistic invention or a story without base told to them.
The episode occurs by night, the witnesses are young and there is no UFO.
