It seems that the newspaper Cronica, of Buenos Aires, reported on October 5, 1965 that a report dated October 4, 1965, coming from the state of Santiago del Estero, indicated that three schoolchildren, Luis Ramirez, Maria Adela Cabana and Rosa Carbajal, pupils of the Argentinian National School 982 in Puerto Beltran, in the district of Loreto, were going to get water at a tank not very far from their school when they met a gigantic being which rolled on the ground and mysteriously disappeared in a cloud of dust.

The British ufologist indicates that in Santiago del Estero, North-West Argentina, according to a report dated October 4, 1965, from Santiago del Estero, a schoolboy, Luis Ramirez, and the schoolgirls Maria Adela Cabana and Rosa Carbajal, pupils of the Argentine National School No. 982 at Puerto Beltran, in the Loreto district, were going to get some water from a reservoir not far from their school when they encountered a gigantic being which rolled on the ground and then vanished mysteriously in a cloud of dust.

The author indicates as source La Cronica matutina, Buenos Aires, October 5, 1965.

The author indicates that in Puesto [sic] Beltran, district of Coreto [sic, Loreto], on October 4, 1965, a schoolboy and two schoolgirls of the Argentinian national School Number 982 of this city went to get water from the tank not far from their school and met "a huge being which rolled on the ground and which disappeared mysteriously in a cloud of dust."

The author comments that nothing more is known on this curious case and that the sources are La Cronica Matutina of Buenos Aires for October 5, 1965 and Charles Bowen in "En Quête des Humanoïdes."

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Aguas Blancas, Salta, Argentina, on October 1, 1965 at an unknown time, a schoolchild, Luis Ramirez, and two girls, Maria Abela Cabana and Rosa Carbajac [sic, Carbajal], were on their way to a local reservoir to get water when they came upon a gigantic being that rolled on the ground and then disappeared in a cloud of dust.

Albert Rosales indicates as source "The Humanoids Citing newspaper source".

The website indicates that in early October 1965, in the morning, in Puerto Beltran, Argentina, there was a close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants, an unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by three witnesses (Ramirez).

The website indicates that in October 1965 in Puerto Beltran, Argentina, there was a case with insufficient information: a close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants by someone name Cabana.

The source is indicated as Pereira, Jader U., Les Extra-Terrestres, Phenomenes Spatiaux, Paris, 1974.

Points to consider:

The location "Aguas Blancas, Salta" given by Albert Rosales comes from a confusion with another case involving three schoolchildren too with the same newspaper source.

The data available to me is too sparse particularly about the description of the so-called huge being, it cannot be excluded that the children were frightened by some vehicle driving in the dust rather than by a huge alien rolling on the ground.
