Narratives:

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in St. Therese, Quebec, Canada, on Winter 1955, at 11:30 p.m., a young woman and her fiancé observed a "ghost" from the balcony of a home in Ste-Therese. The human looking form was described as 8ft tall, with white glowing skin. A beam of light illuminated the entity as well as the ground besides it.

Albert Rosales indicates that the source is John Brent Musgrave, UFO Occupants and Critters.

Points to consider:

When John Musgrave collected stories from Canada, his point was to demonstrate that all sort of stories that should be called "fairy tales" or "ghost stories" have been introduced among the reports of close encounters with UFO occupants, not necessarily by the witness or the investigator. This is one of the case he used as example.

Indeed, there is no UFO related to the report. As of an explanation, the data is so meager and it reliability so unfathomable that any explanation is a good as another to me, Ockham's razor, applied here rightfully because I see not other mean to label the report, would suggest that it could have been some sort of commonplace confusion.
