Author Mikhail Rechkin in a book titled "Crystal Pearl of Russia", reportedly indicated that in Borlsovo-Romanovskiy, Alexandrovskaya volost, Russia, in 1914, at an unknown time, two workmen of the hamlet saw something black, round and shaped like a vat, or a deep circular craft flying low over the ground.
They both distinctly saw two men sitting inside the object, in something like a cabin, "in the opposite side of it, to the left and right of the direction of flight."
The craft was flying at an altitude of about 64 meters above the ground and quickly flew away and out of sight.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates that in Borisovo-Romanovskiy, Alexandrovskaya volost, Russia, in 1914, at an unknown time, "Two workers of this hamlet saw something “strange”, black, round and shaped like a vat or a deep circular craft flying low over the ground, and both witnesses distinctly saw two “men” sitting inside the object, in something like a cabin, in the opposite side of it, to the left and right of the direction of flight. The strange object was flying at an altitude of about 64 meters above the earth. The object quickly flew away and disappeared from sight."
The source is indicated asMikhail Rechkin, Omsk, "Crystal Pearl of Russia" Vol. 2 Moscow 2005.
[Ref. js1:] JEAN SIDER:
Jean Sider indicates that in 1914 in Borlsovo-Romanovskly, Alexandrovskaya Volost, Russia, two workmen of the hamlet saw a black object in the shape of a tank, a kind of circular apparatus rather high, which flew at very low altitude.
The two witnesses distinctly saw two men sitting inside the object, in a kind of cabin, but located on the part opposite the direction of flight. Its height compared to the ground, translated into metric system, is estimated as more than sixty meters.
The apparatus moved rather quickly, and was quickly lost from sight in the distance.
The author says the source is "Rosales, citing Mikhàll Rechkin, Omsk, Crystal Pearl of Russia, vol. 2, Moscow, 2005".
Michael Rechkin is apparently a Russian author publishing in the 2000s. There seems to be no translation of his books.
In 1914, Russian Army aviation was the second in the world after the French Air Force.
The Russians had fifteen airship and numerous fighter, reconnaissance and bombing planes.
It would therefore have been nice to know if there were some engine noises, and how the two workers interpreted what they saw.
Since there were two men on board (not two aliens), since it "flew fast enough", with a cabin is "opposite to the direction of flight" - perhaps a pusher propeller behind the cabin instead of a propeller at the front, it may be that rather than an an airship, it could have been for example a reconnaissance Voisin III plane, one of those bought by Russia, two seater, one pusher propeller.
