SOBEPS gives this information:
On November 29, 1989, around 05:30 p.m., Mrs F., Assistant Inspector at the Ministry of Employment and Labor, drove on the winding road between Dison and Andrimont.
She then noticed the presence of an unusual, motionless object. As she approached it, she realized it stood almost at the height of the roofs of two adjoining houses.
When Mrs. F. drove in front of these houses, she did not stop, but focused as much possible to look up. She lowered her head down to the steering wheel.
The object had the shape of an isosceles triangle with a wide base.
It had three white lights near the corners and a red lamp on the center line. The red light seemed to be a little further down than the underside of the platform surface. Arriving at her home, one kilometer away, she found that the object was gone.

At about 05:30 p.m. the witness drives on the winding road between Dison and Andrimont. She notes the presence of a strange motionless object. It is almost at the height of the roofs of two adjoining houses. It is an isosceles triangle with a wide base, it has near the corners three white lights and a red light on the center line. The map by SOBEPS (first cited source) locates the sighting a bit in the north-east of Andrimont, about the place where I put the green dot.
A very remarkable thing about this report is that the red light is perceived as hung lower than the bottom surface of the UFO. Indeed, this detail appears in other reports, and in some of the reports the red ball comes off the object and flies about on its own. This is in my opinion something very important, completely silenced by those commentators who insist that these objects were aircraft or helicopters.
