It looks as if there were multiple repeated observations; but the witness apparently did not seek to film or photograph the phenomenon, nor to ask other people to attend it and testify about it.

And his information is unfortunately very meager, leaving me only the option of characterizing this as "unidentified, totally insufficient information."
