On his blog on "UFOs and the paranormal", Christian Macé, who publishes testimonies, said he received on 30 March 2017 by email "UFO photos" taken in Muespach in the Haut-Rhin in France on the evening of 28 March 2017.
Sending two images, the witness had written to him:
"Hello, on the 28th of March in the evening I went out with my Telescope to Muespach in the Haut-Rhin when I saw a luminous ball, I took my phone and I filmed it. I don't know how to send it to you."
On March 30, 2017 again, the witness sent an email stating that he put his video on his Facebook page, that he allows his name to be indicated, and he adds to his story:
"One can see the passage of an airplane towards the end of the video. The small ball came from the northeast, northwest, about 35° above the horizon."

I did not indicate the firstname and the name of this Mister, for privacy concern.
On this page, I put online the two photos. sorted 1 and 2. And I enlarged them. The second picture, at the enlarging, shows a transformation of the ufo. A "Transformer" ufo?
In a new email received this afternoon March 30, 2017, the person specified to me that his video was sent on Messenger. And he says "One sees the passage of a plane near the end of the video. Small addition, the ball came from the nors-east, direction north-west, at about 35° above the horizon.".

As usually, on this kind of "UFO blogs", the useful information is missing: no direction, no elevation.
So, it is impossible to verify that this was not some ordinary astronomical object. That said, Venus went below the horizon at 06:40 p.m. on that date and place.
On the video, there is no "proven" transformation of the "UFO", just the fact that the zoom is used at a time, making it look bigger The UFO is just a bright white luminous spot.
After 1 minute 30 approximately, the "UFO" seems to be fade, and "disappears". This may result from the arrival of a cloud between the "UFO" and the camera used to film.
No "move" of the "UFO" is proven. At the moment of the passage of the plane, one can see that it is not the "UFO" that moves, but the mobile phone.
The explanations may be for example:
No strangeness, probably astronomical.
