Discussion:

No observation duration, no precise hour, no direction of observation, no angular height, no angular size, no indication whethjer it was slow or fast, no shape description, no indication of noise or lack of noise, this allows many possible explanations.

An airplane, a helicopter, a blimp, a party balloon, a bird reflecting streetlights...
