ALSACAT-2005-11-13-STRASBOURG-1
In a listing of UFO sighting reports in the Haut-Rhin on their website, the Alsatian ufology association SPICA noted that on Sunday, November 13, 2005, at 05:30 p.m., a "weird luminosity" of blue color was seen from Strasbourg, it remained unidentified but the SPICA issues the "strong hypothesis" of a "natural reentry."

There is very little information on this observation, but since the SPICA thinks of a meteor, I just checked if there were other observations.
Indeed, during the day, a meteor has little chance to be seen and reported by only one person.
In fact, I find, for example on the website of the Swiss ufology group UFO GREPI (www.ovni.ch/temoign/temoig80.htm) two stories that leave little doubt about this sighting:
Today November 13, 2005, between 05:00 p.m. and 06:30 p.m., I looked towards the Salève from the rue du Lièvre aux Acacias in Geneva and saw an egg-shaped object, blue, surrounded by an aura of orange red color with a long trail of the same color, which moved quickly (much faster than a plane) and disappeared from my sight.

On Sunday, November 13, 2005, around 08:30 p.m. I was wandering with my friend in the car when suddenly he exclaimed "LOOK !!!". I looked up and saw a green light heading from east to west at breakneck speed, horizontally !! Its shape? I can not describe because the phenomenon was much too fast... It was like a shooting star but green that disappeared suddenly on the earth.
What remains of this experience it is a big question, a discovery. I need your testimonies...
I'm only nineteen years old and I still have much to discover apparently...
Thank you.
