In the 2010's, a German ufology database on the Web noted that that was a sighting in Juvincourt on September 28, 1954 at 09:15 p.m.

The information is obviously totally insufficient; but it should be noted that the Reims airbase, 19 km south-east of Junvincourt, was a participant in the NATO maneuvers "operation Shottong Star" from 20 to 27 September 1954. Besides, there was a military air field at Juvincourt itself.
