Summary:

In a general catalog of sighting reports of the Gironde written by the Bordeaux section of the C.F.R.U., published in the ufology magazine Ouranos in the fourth quarter of 1973, it is said that according to the Sud-Ouest newspaper for November 3, 1954, the following observation occurred:

On October 28, 1954, at 11:35 p.m. in La Teste, a Mr. D., hairdresser, reportedly saw for 4 to 5 seconds a "green colored, phosphorescent craft, seeming to rotate on itself while oscillating slightly".

Explanations:

The description is reminiscent of a meteor rather than a "craft". But there is no trail mentioned, and the data is very poor, which leaves me in total uncertainty.
