Ufology catalogs of the 1970s noted that according to the newspaper Centre-Matin for September 30, 1954, on Friday, September 24, 1954, a "Mrs. P..." had seen in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, Allier department, around 10 p.m., an "unknown craft."

The information is obviously totally insufficient, the "craft" could have been almost anything.
Lumières Dans La Nuit [ldl1] notes the name of the witness as "Mrs. C..." but it is probably "Mrs. A..." as noted in "Ouranos" [ous1], where "Ms. C..." is the witness for the observation of October 17, 1954. [ldl1] obviously mixed the two sightings.
