In 1958, ufologist Aimé Michel reported that according to his personal documents, there was an observation on October 11, 1954, in Rouen.

Totally insufficient information.
[lcn1] indicates with reference to Aimé Michel that it was a "disc-shaped object"; but the latter did not say anything like, he only assured that the observation in Rouen was "aligned" with others of that day.
