Subject: asking for information hello, i come to you to submit my case! in 1999, I was in Senegal in the military! One night (02:45 p.m.) as i could not sleep, i lay down on a chair at the seaside! I was looking at the stars ( at this place, almost no luminous pollution) when I saw a white light, resembling an airplane's landing light, in the north-east at about 45 degrees above the horiton,distance , in my opinion 4 to 5 miles! This light aproached in my directionat low pace! This laste about 20 seconds, then in less than two seconds it accelerated towards the south-west to pass by in perpendicularily to the beach at very hight speed like a shooting star! By looking immediatly to the south-west , i again saw it like a flash then nothing anymore! all in all it lasted some thirty seconds! I do not know what you make of it, but as for mayself I must confess that in the moment I wasn't too proud! Hoping for an explanation to this pehnomenon, please accept my regards!
