I am urge to tell it so again here

In the night of 01/17/05 I wanted to send this information [attached video] to a ufological website. And at the moment when I was going to post it there was a general power failure on the city of Annemasse for about 15 seconds.

I really found that it was werd.A the end of the 15s when it turned on again, I wanted to try agaim, and the same thing happened.
