A triangular-shaped UFO moving at low altitude in the Sedan-Carignan region (Ardennes) was observed by at least 150 people during the night from Monday to Tuesday, according to a departmental manager of the Ovni-France study center. The object was carrying out "a sort of reconnaissance rounds over about thirty localities".
According to this spokesperson, it cannot be a stealth plane, because of the low-altitude circular flight of the craft, nor a meteorite, because the flight was also horizontal. The craft is said to have emitted a strange dull noise that attracted the attention of many witnesses.
