This document is a ufo sighting report from the chief of the Kirkland US Air Force base to the USAF chief of staff.
The one-page memorandum expresses concern of the Kirtland AFB Commanding Officer, of the ultra-vital AEC, of the 4th Army, over the repeated appearance of unknown flying objects (seemingly one has the same description over a wide area) over a number of locations in New Mexico, including the town of Roswell. Most provocative is the CO's closing note that "Unless instructed to contrary (,) this office will make all out investigation with a view to location of impact point (,) if any," and "request answer."
