MARCH 11, 2000, TRARALGON, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA, SAUN BOER:

Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

Apparently, someone called Shaun Boer filled a web report form on a "UFO abductions" website, telling that in Traralgon, Victoria, Australia, on March 11, 2000, at 08:10 p.m., he saw a bright star-like object moving very fast, making a 45-degree angle turn and fading.

At some later time, he "remembered" being in a round room with a high ceiling with several pillars coming down the side of the walls. The "room" seemed to be dirty, and in the middle was a sort of table, resembling a half cylinder, made out of what appeared to be corrugating iron.

He encountered two types of creatures, short ones with black blue skin and perfectly round eyes, wearing coveralls with hoods, and the others gray with large black almond shaped eyes. Some time later he found a triangle shaped scar on his upper arm.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Traralgon, Victoria, Australia, on March 11, 2000, at 08:10 p.m., Shaun Boer saw a bright star like object that was moving very fast. It turned at a 45-degree angle and faded. Later he remembered being in a round room with a high ceiling. There were several pillars coming down the side of the walls. The "room" seemed to be dirty. In the middle of the room there was a sort of table, resembling a half cylinder, made out of what appeared to be corrugating iron. He encountered two types of creatures, some short, with black blue skin, perfectly round eyes that wore coveralls with hoods. The others were gray with large black almond shaped eyes. Later he found a triangle shaped scar on his upper arm.

Rosales indicates that the source is UFO Abductions Raw Data Page, UFO Watch.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:

Donald Johnson indicates that on March 11, 2000 at 08:10 p.m. Shaun Boer of Traralgon, Victoria, Australia saw a bright star-like object that was moving through the sky very fast. It made a 45-degree turn and then faded out. Later he remembered being in a round room with a high ceiling. There were several pillars coming down the sides of the walls. The "room" seemed to be dirty. In the middle of the room there was a sort of table, resembling a half cylinder, made out of what appeared to be corrugate iron. He recalls that he encountered two types of creatures: some were short with bluish black skin, perfectly round eyes, and they wore coveralls with hoods. The others were the classic Grey humanoids with large black almond-shaped eyes. He later found a triangle-shaped scar on his upper arm.

Donald Johnson indicates that the source is Albert S. Rosales, Humanoid Contact Database 2000, case #3825, citing UFO Abductions Raw Data Page and UFO Watch.

Points to consider:

It is hard to understand what the link between the light in the sky and the experience in the room is. No indication as to when the experience in the room occurred is appearing; it could be a vivid dream of hypnagogic hallucination, colored by the memory of the nocturnal light. Likewise, nothing is said as to when the scar on the arm was found.

The experience is poorly reported, with only some description the beings and no information on durations, beginning, ending. This is typical of a poorly reported hypnagogic hallucination or of pure fantasy tale. There is apparently no investigation, the case being only what somebody wrote.

I did not find the primary source "UFO Abductions Raw Data Page". This source is obviously a web page, probably defunct, and probably showing what people put in a web report form. The author could just be a kid sharing fantaisies or memories of hypnagogic dreams. Thus, there is no credibility in the story.
