Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

Author Henri Bordelau reportedly told in 1971 that in Coteaux, near Trois Rivières, Québec, Canada, on July 27, 1965, at 04:30 p.m., André, aged 10, saw an object close to the ground resembling a vertical binocular, i.e. two 1.50 meters tall cylinders bound by bars, which moved in zigzag at a low altitude in the sky and disappeared behind a cliff.

Andre reportedly briefly approached the object, "which seemed to disappear and appear at will."

Andre returned home later, and allegedly met inside his residence a strange being approximately 1.50 meters tall, with red scabrous [?] skin resembling hard plastic, long arms and legs and an oval and flat face. The being seemed aggressive and the frightened boy fled.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Coteaux, near Trois Rivieres, Quebec, Canada, on July 27, 1965, at 1630, 10-year old Andre sees an object near the ground resembling a vertical binocular (2 cylinders 1m50 in height linked by bars) it makes zigzag movements at a low height in the sky and disappears behind a cliff. Andre briefly approaches the object, which seems to disappear and appear at will. Later Andre returns to his home and inside encounters a strange being about 1.50m in height, with red scabrous skin resembling hard plastic, long arms and legs and an elongated and flat face. The being seems aggressive and afraid the witness flees.

In this quite unclear story, nothing appears to coninve that the boy did not simply make it up.
