1951, GEORGETOWN, DEMERARA-MAHAICA, GUYANA, SEVERAL PEOPLE:

Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

Ufologist Albert Rosales indicates around 2000 that he interviews a woman from Denver who was in Georgetown, Guyana, in 1951, early in the evening, along with her father, young son, and several locals, strolling along the seawall alongside the ocean when they all saw a bright light approaching from the ocean.

As it came closer they could see that it was a saucer-shaped craft with multicolored lights and windows. The main witness and son remained watching as most of the other people fled in panic. The object landed nearby on a grassy area near the seawall.

Inside the windows the witness was able to see several dark man shaped figures, apparently no heads or arms were visible.

Moments later the object rose straight up and then flew inland at very high speed.

Later a large circular burned area was found on the grassy area where the object had landed.
