In the 2000's, a US ufology website indicated that according to Jacque Vallée's computerized catalog, on September 27, 1954, at 08:00 p.m. in "Villefranche-Laurag", France, "An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One object was observed."
A german ufology database then noted the same information, misspell included, but without the note on the lack of strangeness.
[Ref. uda1:] "UFODNA" WEBSITE:
The website indicates that on 27 September 1954 at 20:00 in Villefranche-Laurag, France, "An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One object was observed."
The source is indicated as Vallee, Jacques, Computerized Catalog (N = 3073).

Probably a duplicate created by Jacques Vallée, about the case that day in Lanta near Villefranche-de-Lauraget.
The date is not certain, and the time "20:00" probably invented from the indication by the press that it was in the evening.
(These keywords are only to help queries and are not implying anything.)
Villefranche-de-Lauragais, Haute-Garonne, Villefranche-Laurag, night
