Subject: UFO sighting Hello, The event that I will describe to you is not recent, it goes back to November 2007. I do not have more precision as for the day and the exact hour for I did not grant too much importance to that we witnessed, my wife, my young daughter and I that evening. We lived in Roubaix in the North of France at that time and moved since. It must have been around 08:30 p.m. - 09:00 p.m., we returned from the shopping centre. We moved towards our building when our young daughter (3 and a half years old at the time) challenged us to look at a "large star in the sky". (I often observe the sky with her and explain her what stars, satellites etc., are) She was very excited. What we then saw was not a star because it moved, apparently very high in the sky. There were no flashing lights, which excluded the assumption of a plane. It was neither a satellite for this was really larger, and much more shining. You would have said a miniature moon or a disc. My wife and I are looked at it, intrigued by this object. We followed it with the eyes about 20 seconds and, to our amazement, it died out while advancing (imagine that you look at a blowlamp upfront and that it dies out slowly when the batteries are worn out) Since then, I spent hours on ufology websites to find similar testimonys. This is what brought me on your website. Perhaps you do have a more terrestrial explanation to all this and you can reassure us? Thanks for your help. [Firstname] |
