Subject: strange sighting Hello Sir, I will tell you what me and my neighbors saw, in broad daylight above the town of Oyonnax. One day of July 2001, whereas I was returning home, I was surprised to see a formation
of two fighters which were following one another. Unusual formation for an ordinary patrol.
These planes came from the west and moved towards the east. I do not payd a detailed
attention immediately. As I realized that a second patrol with the same formation
was coming from the north and seemed to also move towards the east. A few meters later, arrived in front of my home, I see my neighbor, his wife and there two children nose in the air and gasping. I ask him whether his astonishment comes from the presence of the two groups of planes. , he answers to me: " yes partly". And he adds: "look at the intersection of their trajectories". I look at the two formations, trace imaginary lines for their respective trajectories. In the intersection of the two trajectories, there was an orange object. I cannot say if it was really its color or if it was the sun which was reflected on it. The object was much faster than the fighters. A detail drew my attention: behinds the planes, there was a white trail. However, behind the orange object, there was none of it. I deduced from that, that the two groups of planes tried an interception. My neighbor called the nearest air base (I do not know any more if he called Ambérieu or Dijon) to know if four planes had flown over the town of Oyonnax a few minutes before. It was said to him that no plane had flown over the town of Oyonnax this day there. I cannot certify that the object which we saw was a UFO, but I can certify that there was really an object which flew and much more quickly than the fighters which chased it. I do not ask you to believe me, even I had trouble to believe in it. If I had been alone to observe this phenomenon I quite believe that I would still not believe in it today. Feel free to deduce the conclusions which you want. Thanks for having devoted a few minutes to the reading of this short account. |
