My name is [Firstname] [Name] ( I do not want my name published) I am 25 and I live in Besancon

Yesterday evening I saw a strange object...

My girlfriend and I were returning from Lyon (departure) at 10 p.m.

Between 23h and 23H30 I could observe on the A39 [motorway] between bourg en bresse [city] until the junction of the A36 towards Dole [city] a luminous object in the sky which followed the layout of the motorway (roughly)
In the beginning I believed that it was a star, but I realized that that it was well too brilliant (same color that a star) then I said told to myself that it was a light on an antenna, but no the object flew at a speed ranging between 120 and 170 km
the observation might have been lasting approximately 20 minute, I woke my gilfriend up to show her ( she had a good laugh in the beginning thinking I was looking at a plane or helo) but the object never flickered its altitude seemed relatively low I would say 500 meters but difficult to evaluate. This object ceased lighting 3 times then the light returned gradually the object in question was on my left or in front of my windshield, it seemed me to see a luminous halation below like a projector but I am not certain. the object had a precise course it did not make sudden change of trajectory or sudden change of speed.

My observation was stopped at the time of the junction with the A 36 the object was then in the rear window in the opposite direction.

ps my girlfriend can confirm my statement.
