Subject: UFO observed in 1981 The discovery of your website encourages me to finally publish my testimony on the observation of a "flying saucer" on November 30, 1981, from 11:30 to 11:40 approximately. During a technical meeting aimed at the installation of an industrial production line, we were 5 engineers and 3 executives on the top floor of the VP building quai de Bercy (Charenton-le-Pont, Val de Marne). ). The sky was completely clear and the sun was generous despite the season. The building with large windows (Office of the General Director) offered a superb panoramic view from beyond the left bank of the Seine to the plateau of Orly and Créteil. One of the participants (an APV engineer) pointed out that the Carrefour company just opposite on the left bank had installed a huge metallized balloon of about 50m in order to probably advertise ... We approached the windows out of curiosity when suddenly the "balloon" seemed to deflate, one of us joked: "their balloon burst!" In fact the object had moved and we saw it very clearly in profile: a huge dark gray motionless disk, swollen at its center, presumably silent (the highway on the bank being quite noisy), a luminous vibration surrounded the machine, analogous to the phenomenon produced by the heat in the air. Our meeting was interrupted and all the participants exchanged their own hypothesis when in a fraction of a second the UFO disappeared to reappear far away, above Orly. It stood in a tilted position, its size seemed to us that of a lens then it instantly returned almost above the Peripheral Bvd where it evolved by jerks tumbling like a leaf that falls with stops in different positions ... This observation lasted about 8-10 minutes. None of us had dreamed, we talked about it for a while and the story stopped there. I later questioned the workers and carriers in the outdoor courtyard ... no one had looked up or heard anything in the hustle and bustle of this environment. I remember that the same week Jean-Claude Bourret (the TV host) asked the witnesses who saw an unusual celestial manifestation in the Paris region to come forward. I phoned the number on the screen and spoke to his secretary who asked me to call back in a week because the person was on leave. My professional occupations took over, and taunts and jokes during the story of this event stopped my willingness to testify. I now live in the south of France.
