Hello,

I take the opportunity offered by your website to testify of an observation, and I thank you, I need to tall what I experienced.

This afternoon, I observed a luminous phenomenon whereas I drove on the motorway which connects Voreppe to Grenoble, the Isère, 38. I was (roughly) 2 km before the Vicat cement factory when the observation began. It was then approximately 02:45 p.m..

Between two small moutains on my left, cutting out its shape on the sky, I saw what I initially identified as an airliner, shining in the sun. Then, I looked again a few seconds again later, and I then immediately had the thought that the "plane" had not moved. Not moved at all.

Intrigued, I then observed as much as I could, without compromising my safety and that of the other motorists. That said, I managed to reduce my speed, since at this place of the motorway, work is being done at this time. I estimate to have observed this object approximately a minute and half. I unfortunately could not stop, and I regret it. I would have liked to observe how this thing might have started to move or disappear.

What I saw is a silver white brilliant object, of oblong form, airliner format in the distance at low altitude, but I am not able to tell what distance separated me from this object. It also seemed to me that this object could have another shape, that of a bone drawn by a child, or two balls connected by a segment. I looked at it as long as I could, and this object, as much as I believe to be able to tell, never changed neither position, nor altitude.

It is actually this absolute fixity which alerted me. I thought of a hot ait balloon, but I did not observe a gondola, and the shape did not match. And it would have was necessary that it is quite distant to appear motionless, and then in this case, the size did not match. I had the time to think of a lot of things of this sort.

My observation unfortunately had to stop at the time when it would have been necessary that I look back to still see something. Too risky while driving!

I thought of checking at the moment (as well as on the return trip, 3 hours later), that it could not have be a pylon carrying shining balls to alert the aircraft on the presence of powerlines. There were none of those and especially, not at this height. And that would have been much smaller in volume. There is strictly nothing which connects these two mountains.

I observed the sky of Grenoble much this after midday, in the hope to see another thing, in vain. I would like much to know if other motorists reported a similar observation to you and would have an explanation to give me.

My name is [Firstname] [NAME] I live [Street address] in Saint Laurent du pont 38380 You can reach me on [Phone number]

That's it, it is the first time that I observe something like that and especially to which I do not find a satisfactory explanation.

Thank you for reading me.
