here is my testimony...

i got to observe a triangular "apparatus" , which remained motionless 15 mn in the sky at 300 or 400 meters of altitude above PARIS in the night of June 21, 2005, between midnight and half past midnight, suring 15 minutes !!!... (i found this suspicious because it didn't move at all and made no noise in the sky of Paris ... thuus my question if you can answer Mr. GROSS via email ... can a stealth od a military plane have such a technology nowadays? thanks for a fast answer because it puzzles me a lot.

Details: i first thought it was a stealth plane because i managed to look at it through the binocular,(same shape "more or less" than a b2), i looked on the internet at pictures of the stealth)... it seemed to me very long to observe it like this with the binocular because i started be get bored at looking at a thing which absilutely didn't move, and it was paradoxically me who could'nt stop being agitated, i felt ticklings! , it was oddly blinking with "ransom" signals of red color, it made me think of signal of the MORSE type, it was of a gray metal, triangular, and there it blinked "red" like a christmas tree , and on its borders white lights. it was more than midnight and the visibility wasn't super, i had to get on my toes to see it from my ceiling window.

it was slightly higher than the sacré coeur [well known church in Paris] and its front (the nose) was at 40 degrees compared to the rest of the craft and it seemed to "look at" rhe Montmarte monument and that's why i concluded that it was at 300 or 400 M of altitude compared to the capital.... dark night , no clouds depsite the almost Full moon. the moon was located higher in the East of this "craft".

odd fact, no airplane or airplane noise during this observation above paris coincidentally (i am used to air trafic because i live on the 6th floor with nothing to hide the sight and a usffer from insomnia so i often look at the sky at late hours) then after 14 minutes in the same position it turned upside down "on the spot" !... and i got to see "its belly": three luminous points in the shape of a triangle and in the middle a red light whcih bcame active when it did this move... it took a position opposite to the sacré coeur, became motionless again , then green lights appeared where the white lignts had been... it advanced slowly with red blinking and i couldn't wollo it longer because buildings prevented me to see it continue its route, i think that i wans't alone to have seen this display, other witnesses about this would comfort me because i do not hallucinate and i am very rational.

my opinion , it's that it could be a military plane... but what intrigues me : why was it sio visible with all these blinking lights like it wanted to be seen and nobody reports its coming an no news in the media ? ... and then again, this "motionless"? the day after this appearance i lsient and read the media ... and no information about it?

only one information caught my attention (you'll be the judge and make research it there is a reason to link it together)... RATP (suburb railway company) had a poser outage on lines 6 , 12 and 4 i think; it0s ridiculous but i thought of a connection with the Montmarte district where the sacre coeur is indeed located.
