I decide to tell you what I saw a few years ago.

Unfortunately, if I remember exactly the hour, I did not notice the exact year of the fact; I would say it was in the years 1994 to 1998.

I was in my kitchen, and looking up at the window, I saw on the opposite hill, on the other side of the road, at the height of the 3-storey building, at the balcony, a uniform brown Cigar-shaped craft (like the big cigars that are bulging in the middle) and which, passing in front of this balcony, completely masked it, from which I deduced its length: about 7 or 8 meters long, and 2 m 50 high.

It was flying in silence, at the speed of a low-speed bike. It was 01:30 p.m.. It was a very clear day.

It was moving at the level of the road parallel to ours, which is also the RER [Paris suburbian railway] route.

I had never seen such a machine in my life.

Surprised, I thought that maybe it was tests made by the Polytechnic School, which is located in Palaiseau, where we live.

It turns out that, a week or so later, from another room, a huge dirigible balloon (but without a rear rudder-what is it?) And occupying all the sky (it was impossible not to see) was heading south-north. length: 20 m approximately, height approximately 7 to 8 meters.

After this new observation, I no longer asked myself a question, convinced that it was only Polytechnique's attempts, in both cases.

2 or 3 years later, watching television, Mr. Jean-Claude Petit, ufologist, explained in a TV show how "several housewives in the Essonne, had observed flying cigars in the sky".

I am one of those "housewives of Essonne having seen a flying cigar" !!

I want to know in which year these facts happened?

On the internet, nothing!

I report this fact, although it is old.

Personally, I have no way of knowing if Polytechnique was involved.
